Installing Blinds Generally, fitting blinds is quick and relatively straightforward. The exact time it takes to have them fitted depends on a number of things such as the type, style and operation as well as how many you wish to have installed. If you’re having blinds fitted, the weight and material of the blind can impact the time it takes. For example, wooden blinds would take longer than fabric blinds to install due to their weight.
